In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
At the outset, I would like to sincerely express my gratitude and appreciation to the esteemed members of the Board of Directors, valued shareholders, managers, and all those who have supported me throughout this journey through their trust, support, and cooperation. Undoubtedly, the responsibility that I have been entrusted with today as the Chief Executive Officer of Negin Bandar Abbas Petro-refinery Company is the result of collective trust and a shared belief in a great future for this project.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dr. Pourmohammadi for his valuable efforts, dedication, and continuous follow-up in establishing, safeguarding, and advancing this project, and I wish him good health and continued success in his new position.
Negin Bandar Abbas Petro-refinery Project is not merely an industrial or economic undertaking; rather, it is a strategic, national, and future-oriented project for the country. Its strategic location, proximity to open waters, and tremendous potential for the development of downstream industries have made this project one of the country’s most significant development opportunities in the fields of energy, refining, and petrochemicals.
Today, more than ever, the realization of this project requires unity, cohesion, constructive cooperation, and a national perspective. Undoubtedly, the development of such a large-scale project can only be achieved through close collaboration among shareholders, the Board of Directors, management, consultants, governmental and regulatory authorities, investors, and all stakeholders involved in the project.
The current circumstances surrounding the project, despite all the challenges involved, provide a valuable opportunity to redefine its development path and establish a professional, transparent structure based on international standards. I firmly believe that by relying on domestic capabilities, drawing upon international knowledge and experience, and establishing effective engagement with strategic partners, we can bring the project to a stage where it will not only be recognized as a successful national project, but also emerge as one of the region’s major hubs in the petro-refining industry.
I regard this responsibility, for as long as I am entrusted with it, not merely as a managerial position, but as a national and professional commitment. I sincerely hope that, with the support and cooperation of all those involved, we will be able to take effective and lasting steps toward revitalizing the project, attracting investment, developing infrastructure, and commencing the project’s actual implementation.
Undoubtedly, the road ahead will not be easy. However, I firmly believe that through unity, meticulous planning, transparency, managerial cohesion, and sustained effort, we can bring this project to a position worthy of its national and regional significance.
Respectfully,
Arsalan Abdpour
